个人简历：

张有为现担任我校引力实验中心副研究员。2008年毕业于厦门大学材料科学与工程专业，获学士学位；2015毕业于复旦大学微电子学与固体电子学专业，获博士学位；之后于2016.1-2017.12在瑞典乌普萨拉大学从事博士后研究。主要研究方向为新型二维半导体材料、器件工艺及光电传感器。相关研究工作已发表多篇SCI论文，其中一区Top两篇、ESI高被引论文一篇，并获得多项专利授权。
